Sunday Morning Classes

At Glasgow Church we desire to not only connect through fellowship and worship corporately, but we also desire to equip each individual to become what God has for them through His Word. One way that we accomplish this is through Sunday Morning Classes. Instead of merely gathering for lecture style classes on Sunday morning, our incredible teachers prepare weekly for engaging discussions around God’s Word that equip each of us to be effective in whatever circles of influence God has placed us.

With thought provoking discussions, incredible teachers and fellowship happening every week, the only thing missing is you!

Take a look at the classes you could be a part of, then register for one at the bottom of the page! Or just show up on Sunday!

None Like Him: 10 Ways God Is Different from Us (and Why That's a Good Thing) By: Jen Wilkin

Taught BY The Reach WOmen Team

“God is self-existent, self-sufficient, eternal, immutable, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, sovereign, infinite, and incomprehensible. We're not.  And that's a good thing. Our limitations are by design. We were never meant to be God. But at the root of every sin is our rebellious desire to possess attributes that belong to God alone. Calling us to embrace our limits as a means of glorifying God's limitless power, Jen Wilkin invites us to celebrate the freedom that comes when we rest in letting God be God.

6th-12th Graders: Our Middle School and High School students will have a small group study of the book of Ecclesiastes.

Kindergarten - 5th Graders: There will be two age groups, kindergarten to second grade and third through fifth grade. The Kindergarten through second grade will start their study in the life of Jesus. The first unit of study, “The Coming of the Promised Savior, “begins with John the Baptist. The third through fifth graders will zero in on two crucial books of the Bible: the history of the early church as recorded by Luke in Acts and Paul’s letter to the Christians in Rome. Both classes will feature a time of teaching, activity, and scripture memorization.

Nursery will be available for birth through age 3 children.
